1. Thaw before 24 hours of serving.

2. Get green onion and soy sauce ready.

3. Stream fish for 8 mins.

4. Add green onion and soy sauce onto the fish.

Pan-fry Wild Caught Patagonian Toothfish Joint

1. Put some oil on the pan.

2. Put the fish into the pan after the oil is ready for frying.

3. Fry with low heat until golden on both sides (about 4-5 minutes per side)
