Soft Shell Crab comes from Thailand. Crabs must change their shells during the growth. When the hard shells are just taken off, the crab shells on the body surface have not yet hardened, showing a soft and thin texture. Fishermen freeze them once they are caught.

This is frozen food. Product shown in picture is taken in defrosted state and for reference only.
