Ganjang gejang is a traditional dish that's made by marinating fresh raw crabs in a mild soy-sauce based brine. It is suggested to served with seaweed, rice, sesame, and chili.

How to defrost:

1. Keep it between 0~4°C before the day you enjoy it

2. Soak for 1 hour
