Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and Payment
1. Payments on Cheerful Hands eShop can be made by credit cards, Apply pay, Google Play, Paypal, Payme, Alipay, and FPS.
2. Payments will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars.
3. Customer may required to provide a proof of payment only if no receipt is available.
4. Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
5. Customers will receive an email when your order is shipped. You may check the delivery status by inputting tracking numbers on website. Customers shall bear the full responsibility of losing items.
6. All proceeds, after cost deduction, will be donated to Cheerful Hands Limited to support of its various services. Please visit Cheerful Hands' website to learn more about our assistance services.
Delivery
1. Except as otherwise provided in this terms and conditions, for any single order with purchase value of HK$300 or above (after discounts or/and using coupons and discount codes), free delivery service will be provided. Otherwise, HK$60 delivery fee will be charged. We reserve our rights to change the purchase amount for free deliveries at any time.
2. Customers shall bear the cost of overseas orders.
3. Delivery is not available to Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.
4. Our standard Hong Kong delivery time is from Monday to Saturday, 9am – 8pm.
5. International shipments may take a bit longer.
6. There will be no deliveries on Hong Kong public holidays, Sundays, when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force or under any weather conditions, we think that will cause dangers on deliveries.。
7. All orders will be shipped within 7 business days.
